Your Telephone Number. If you have ordered before, your telephone number will bring up your account information. If you have NOT ordered with us before, this will now become your customer identification number.
Product Number. If you do not know the part number of the item you wish to order, our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Current Price. If you do not have a price for the item you wish to order, one will be provided by our sales representatives.
Billing/Shipping Address. Unless specified, we ship our products using UPS Ground. Therefore, a physical address will be needed.
Method of Payment. We require payment of product prior to shipment, unless established credit has been approved. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or personal/company check.*
Fax or E-mail. We will not process an order without written approval. We require either an e-mail address or fax number so we may send you a copy of a quotation verifying your order prior to acceptance. If you do not have fax or email, our customer service representatives will assist you. *If you are faxing your order, it is preferred for security reasons that you provide your credit card information over the telephone. NOTE: Volume discounts or special pricing may apply.
